We are husband and wife team, Doug and Rena White, and local New Orleanians through-and-through!
Captain Doug is a US Coast Guard certified captain with over 40 years of sailing experience. His love of sailing shines and your safety is his top priority. He’ll even let you get behind the big wheel and take the Roux Stir for a spin! Rena will make sure you have everything you need with a dash of southern hospitality!

What a great experience. My wife and I celebrated our 24th wedding anniversary in New Orleans and this sunset sail was the cherry on top. Doug was a great captain. If you’re looking for something unique to do while visiting NOLA this should be on your list.
It was a very relaxing, one of a kind sailing experience. The boat is so beautiful, well kept and very clean and the whole arrangement was spectacular including their music selection. We will go back again to unwind and relax from time to time and we will highly recommend their service to our Nola peeps and out of town guests. Thank you for the wonderful experience and outstanding service. Looking forward already for the next round.
We took a chance on something new in NOLA, and it was well worth the gamble. Such a beautiful, peaceful evening – and we were treated like royalty! It was just what we needed to de-stress and re-focus on us.
